Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information I collect through the All Access waitlist and this website, why I collect it, and what I do with it. I've kept it in plain English.
Who I am
This site is run by Performance Conditioning (Chris Draper), based in the UK. I'm responsible for your personal information. If you have any questions about it, email me at chris@performanceconditioning.co.
What I collect
The details you give me: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number and, if you add it, your company.
Your answers on the waitlist form: which part of the industry you're in and your role, where you're based and how often you travel for work, when you'd want to start and what monthly investment suits you, how you train now, how often work stress follows you home, how well you sleep, what's getting in the way, what would make the first three months a success, and how you heard about All Access.
Health: the form asks whether there's an injury or health condition I should know about before we train. I only ask yes or no here. If the answer is yes, we talk it through on a call.
Basic technical information: like any website, the hosting service keeps short-lived logs (such as your IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure.
How I use it
- To see whether All Access is the right fit for you.
- To get in touch with you about All Access, by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- To send you your free copy of The Inner Athlete.
- If you join, to plan your training safely.
I'll never sell your information.
The legal basis
You give me your details and answers so I can tell you about All Access and see whether it fits, and I use them for that. Reviewing waitlist entries and getting back to you is in my legitimate interest as a small business, and I keep it to what's needed. For the health question, I rely on your explicit consent, which you give by answering it. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing me.
Who I share it with
I use a small number of trusted services to run all this. They only use your information to provide their service to me:
- Netlify hosts this website and receives the waitlist form.
- Google stores waitlist entries in a private spreadsheet and runs my email.
- Vimeo plays the example lesson video on the page.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces this site uses, which means your browser connects to Google when the page loads.
Some of these companies are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where that happens, they protect your information under the safeguards set out in their own terms, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long I keep it
If you become a client, I keep your details for as long as we work together. If you don't, I'll delete your waitlist entry within two years of when you joined or last heard from me. If you ask me to delete your information sooner, I will, apart from anything I'm legally required to keep.
Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The Vimeo video player may set its own cookies when it loads. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.
Your rights
You can ask me to:
- see the information I hold about you;
- correct anything that's wrong;
- delete your information;
- stop contacting you;
- restrict or object to how I use it, or move it to another service.
Just email chris@performanceconditioning.co and I'll respond within a month. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If I change this policy, I'll update it here and change the date at the top.
